This is a project we completed late this summer. This cottage in Fenwick Island Delaware underwent a full exterior transformation. The owner wanted all the existing cedar shake siding and trim removed and replaced with new cedar impressions siding and Azek trim. In addition he wanted the old deck removed and replaced. The old deck was unstable and he wanted to replace it with a new composite deck. We had to remove the old deck boards and framing while supporting the structure on top of the deck and rebuild it from the ground up. He chose a combination of vinyl rails with see through rails in front of his sun room to enhance his view of the water. The owner was extremely happy with the end result.
