The new Tile Shower and Tile Bath Floor are now Completed. This Bethany Beach Delaware Cottage addition is starting to take shape!
The Soap and Shampoo Shelf came out very nice !
The Towel Storage Shelf is completed as is most of the wood paneling in the bathroom.
The new door we hung matches the other entry doors to the bedrooms upstairs.
This pic Shows the process of the new ceilings being done, the layer of 1 inch insulation foam adds an R Value of "7" to the ceiling., which should make a very large comfort factor on those hot summer days in Bethany Beach.... You already feel the difference keeping the room warmer. The rafter beams will be resurfaced as well identical to the ones already completed in the kitchen.
The new Granite Counter tops were installed as well this week as were the new Cabinets...
The new trim and new cabinet install should be 100% this week... The wood floors in the addition area and in the kitchen cabinet area were finished to match the existing floors. We achieved an almost exact match.
