We were called to this property to paint some water spots on the inside and we ended up with an extensive siding repair due to a water intrusion problem. It looks like for years water had been coming into the condo through an improperly flashed piece of aluminum.

When we removed all the siding from the unit we saw that all of the wood had rotted away to the studs. We had to replace all of the insulation, re-frame the wall, replace the sheet rock and replace the siding. Then we properly flashed all of the areas where the water was coming in. In addition to the roof demolition and interior demolition projects, Apex Construction is also doing smaller jobs at the Tanger outlets on a daily basis. Below are some pictures of a safety tunnel we were asked to build. The tunnel was built in preparation for a new steel tower that is being erected in front of the Super Fresh. We also had to build some barricades to keep the public away from concrete work being done at the mall. The trash compactors are also getting a face lift and we installed new posts and will be building a new fence around them in the next couple of days.
