Apex Construction is performing the tenant fit-up of a retail location at the Tanger Outlets in Ocean City, MD. Selective interior demolition of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, floor, ceiling, and wall finishes will be completed prior to re-construction for the new tenant. This tenant improvement project will ultimately combine two stores spaces into one larger retail space.
