Here are some pictures of progress we have made on the remodeling job we are currently working on in Bethany Beach Delaware. We have installed new windows, a new flat roof, new siding, made a small addition and created an outdoor boardwalk. We are now waiting for the cabinets and appliances to come. Once we complete the kitchen and bathroom renovation we will be white washing the whole interior of this great beach cottage. This is a project we completed late this summer. This cottage in Fenwick Island Delaware underwent a full exterior transformation. The owner wanted all the existing cedar shake siding and trim removed and replaced with new cedar impressions siding and Azek trim. In addition he wanted the old deck removed and replaced. The old deck was unstable and he wanted to replace it with a new composite deck. We had to remove the old deck boards and framing while supporting the structure on top of the deck and rebuild it from the ground up. He chose a combination of vinyl rails with see through rails in front of his sun room to enhance his view of the water. The owner was extremely happy with the end result. This house is located in Sunset Harbour in Ocean View Delaware. We framed this house from the ground up , did the siding and built all the decks. This is a house we complete for a local builder in Delaware. We did the Roof, the hardie plank siding and the interior and exterior paint. As you can see the owners a pretty vibrant and they had about 10 different paint selections on the interior as well as the bright blue paint on the outside. Here we are doing demolition on the Siding

This is a recently completed project in Delaware. We replaced all the siding at this local marina with cedar impressions vinyl siding and installed a new red metal roof as well. This is a project we just finished last week in Ocean City Maryland. This house had leaks around all the windows, roof leaks and leaks around the old skylights.

We had to remove all the old siding, re-flash and reset the windows and install brand new double 4 vinyl siding. When we removed the old siding, we found substantial water damage to the wood. We ended up spending some time replacing every piece to rotted wood with new wood, put new tyvek paper on a replaced the siding. 

We then removed the old roof, replaced the old skylights with new Velux skylight, replaced some rotting sheething and installed a new architectural shingle lifetime roof.

This house should be good to go for a long time and there should not be any more issues with leaks!
