This is a project we completed late this summer. This cottage in Fenwick Island Delaware underwent a full exterior transformation. The owner wanted all the existing cedar shake siding and trim removed and replaced with new cedar impressions siding and Azek trim. In addition he wanted the old deck removed and replaced. The old deck was unstable and he wanted to replace it with a new composite deck. We had to remove the old deck boards and framing while supporting the structure on top of the deck and rebuild it from the ground up. He chose a combination of vinyl rails with see through rails in front of his sun room to enhance his view of the water. The owner was extremely happy with the end result. This Commercial building in Lewes Delaware was having issues with a leaking roof. In addition to the roof demolition and interior demolition projects, Apex Construction is also doing smaller jobs at the Tanger outlets on a daily basis. Below are some pictures of a safety tunnel we were asked to build. The tunnel was built in preparation for a new steel tower that is being erected in front of the Super Fresh. We also had to build some barricades to keep the public away from concrete work being done at the mall. The trash compactors are also getting a face lift and we installed new posts and will be building a new fence around them in the next couple of days.
