Demolition, Renovations, Painting, Construction Services in Delaware

Our Latest project is a full kitchen and back yard renovation in Bethany Beach Delaware. The first step in this project was the demolition of the existing back deck and kitchen. Demolition projects like this require careful removal and disposal or recycling of all materials. We have to be careful not to damage any of the existing structure that may be needed for the renovation.

Selective Demolition is much more time consuming and tedious than other Demolition Jobs were we remove the whole structure.  Other Demolition jobs we do in Maryland and Delaware involve bringing in heavy machinery and tearing out everything including the foundation.  Interior or Selective demolition is a little bit different.  The first step in any demolition job is to call Miss utility and have them mark the area before we start.  Then we carefully remove everything that needs to go and carefully pack it away in one of our dumpsters and remove it from the property.  The key is to do this as cleanly as possible so the rest of the home is not affected.  The next face of the project will be the new foundation and the new kitchen.  We will also be adding a new bathroom, a new outdoor cooking area with a hardscaped patio, a built in grill and a pergola complete with lighting.  We will also paint the whole interior of the home with a faux finish.  Stay tuned for more pictures and updates.
