This project is an ongoing job at the Tanger Outlets in West Ocean City Maryland. Among other things we will be doing roofing work, demolition, and carpentry work through out the next several months. The first phase of the project will be to remove all the existing concrete shingles through out selected areas of the mall. This includes all of the towers.  We will also remove all the existing paper and check the plywood to make sure its intact.  If we find that its not in good condition we will then replace the plywood. We then will store all of the roof shingles in sea containers for later use. We estimate that we will remove approximately 14,000 shingles by hand and with out breaking them. Once the shingles are removed we will install ice and water shield in preparation for the new Standing seam metal roof that will be installed. We estimated this phase of the project would take 1 month but it was completed in 2.5 weeks.
