The 30 ft tall metal rack system had to be disassembled and organized in such a way as to be re-installed later. The system is being stored on the property outside for future use. Apex Construction performed the tenant improvement services on a brand-new Brooks Brothers Outlet store at the Tanger Outlet Mall Center in Ocean City, MD. Apex Construction was the general contractor for this tenant fit-out completing everything from the interior demolition to the construction of a new store front.
